Digital Marketing Manager

£40,000-£45,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading law firm to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to their Birmingham branch.

The Digital Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the groups overall digital marketing and channel strategy. This will be a largely technical role, focusing on the acquisition and platform management of the wider business.

The role holder will lead a Digital Marketing Executive and report directly into the Head of Digital and Design.

The Digital Marketing Manager will:

Manage a Digital Marketing Executive
Design paid and organic campaigns
Take ownership of CRO programmes
UX / UI Best practice
Manage, develop and improve upon user experience
Increase engagement and generate leads from digital channels: email marketing, PPC, paid social & technical SEO
Lead on all digital analytics and user journey testing
Measure and optimise key channels and owned content (social, email, video, podcasts etc.)
Implement SEO and social media best practice throughout the team

The Digital Marketing Manager will:

Have extensive technical knowledge: HTML / CSS / UX / UI / CRO / SEO
Experience with analytics dashboards
Extensive experience managing email marketing platforms and managing websites
A law of professional services background
Experience managing a larger digital estate
