I am exclusively working with a B2B Distribution business on a retained basis to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager into the Team. Based in Leamington Spa, you will lead on shaping and defining the overall digital strategy across the business.

You will build, track and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns to drive growth and performance, with a focus on driving lead generation and sales. This role will suit someone who operates at a strategic level, but still enjoys being hands-on and tactical in the day to day execution of campaigns.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement the overall digital strategy.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation across CRM, social media, web and display advertising.
  • Be the CRM champion for the business, with a focus on automation, segmentation and targeting.
  • Regular reporting on digital performance, using insights to drive a positive ROI and optimise campaigns.
  • Work with a creative agency to develop engaging content across a range of digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitor and market research, identifying key areas for development and growth.
  • Staying on top of digital trends, implementing new technologies to drive digital growth.
  • Manage annual budgets

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within a similar digital marketing role, ideally within B2B manufacturing & distribution.
  • In depth knowledge of social media, email marketing, and website managment.
  • In depth knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords and SEM Rush.
  • A strategic thinker, but still extremely hands-on.
  • Experience using a CRM platform to track and monitor lead generation
  • Excellent communications skills, have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
