My client, a high growth retail business based in Birmingham, is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager.
This Digital Marketing Manager role is a key hire within the business, reporting into the Head of Ecommerce and will lead across multiple digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager role will encompass:
- Leading marketing activity across: Paid, Social, Email, Affiliates, Display, PR, and mass media
- Owning a marketing budget in excess of £1.5m to achieve acquisition of new customers, while at the same time establishing CRM to drive retention
- Managing a small digital marketing team and external agencies
- Building out a multi-channel, cohesive digital marketing strategy
The ideal candidates will possess the following skills/expertise:
- Experience in leading an inhouse marketing team and a proven track record in delivering profitable results essential.
- Multi-channel (digital) marketing experience focusing on both acquisition and retention
- A positive can-do attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
