My client, a high growth consumer services business, are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their fast paced and growing marketing team. Currently going through a sustained period of growth, making it a hugely exciting time to join the business.

Reporting into the Marketing Director this role will support the development and execution of digital marketing plans to help the business meet its targets. You will be a subject matter expert for all things digital and will continue to ensure that you are aware of new technologies and opportunities that will help the business in the digital space. You will be technically savvy, hands on, and have strong analysis skills.

The Role:

  • Implement the strategy for the company's website, working to enhance the user experience, ensuring the content is optimised, compelling for customers and on-brand.
  • Oversee the delivery of PPC activity delivered by agency, including campaign planning, implementation, budget management and performance reviews, ensuring that we are maximising efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support always-on optimization / test approach with internal and agency partners (across SEO, PPC, CRO, CRM) to drive incremental improvement across channels
  • Execute the online content strategy in line with the comms plan and ensure the correct channels are used to meet audience needs.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, coordinating, set-up, segmenting, targeting, testing, reporting and optimisation.
  • Track and analyse all email performance and provide recommendations based on customer trends and behaviour in conjunction with our target audiences.

The Idea Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing expert, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Good analysis / numerical skills
  • Good time management, planning and organising skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO, web development and design, and content structures
  • Working knowledge of PPC campaign structures, tools and technique
  • Experience in building strong relationships and managing stakeholders
  • Marketing degree, CIM or similar qualification
