Location - Birmingham

Work Schedule - Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days at home)

The role

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive will entail expanding the online and digital abilities to help ensure online marketing is highly effective and proficient. The Digital Marketing Executive will ensure projects are carried out to a high standard, strategically and on time through clear communication with their team in-line with the Brand's image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing appropriate website changes resulting in a more improved website
  • Working alongside the Digital Marketing Agency to manage web projects on a large scale
  • Working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Manager to make sure appropriate plans are aligned across the whole business
  • Use Search Engine Optimisation to the best of your ability to look at the current SEO performance across all websites and form adjustments/improvements alongside the web agency
  • Utilise email marketing to form compelling messages
  • Aid in monitoring web and digital performance and forming monthly digital reports
  • Identify new trends in the digital marketing space and use this knowledge to evaluate new technologies that could be introduced
  • Utilise the annual budget effectively

Experience / Skills Required

  • Degree related to business or marketing would be preferred
  • Digital marketing experience, preferably within the B2B environment
  • Holds an optimistic 'can do' attitude who will take charge when needed and has high energy to keep up with the fast-moving demands of a dynamic environment
  • Experience in direct and digital marketing working closely with sales teams in executing programs that accelerate growth in sales, new customer acquisition and market leadership preferable
  • Experience in online lead generation, web optimisation, PPC, SEO, Web content development and social media marketing
