Our client; an exciting high growth and reputable organisation in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Digital Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join their growing team of marketers to help manage and deliver their digital journey requirements.

This newly created role will work very closely with the digital, marketing and sales teams to ensure that innovative customer journeys and experiences are shared and delivered to their network in the right and consistent way to represent the brand.

What You'll do...

  • Manage and deliver a 'one to many' approach of exceptional and innovative digital customer experiences & content for the organisations network and stakeholders
  • Custodian and champion of CX within the business
  • Managing the strategy and delivery of campaigns such as webinars & content or other 'one to many' experiences for the organisations network
  • Deliver continuous improvement of activity by way performance management and insight gathering
  • Manage the end to end process of CX and customer experience for the organisation

What you need…

  • Degree level qualification in digital marketing or similar, or 1-2 years digital marketing, CX
  • An influential, enthusiastic, energetic and professional attitude
  • Excellent CX knowledge and digital aptitude
  • Experience of developing and evolving customer journeys & digital content
  • Good understanding of market dynamics with commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills, time management and stakeholder management
  • Passion and interest in digital & tech
  • Excellent written communication
