Residential Development Associate or Senior Associate
Birmingham
Salary: £50k - £75k dependent on experience
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Development Associate or Senior Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in the residential development sector, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on all aspects of residential development, from planning and funding to construction and sale
- Preparing and negotiating contracts
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Liaising with other professionals, such as architects, surveyors and solicitors
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential development
- A strong academic background, ideally in law or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
