You have the opportunity to join an ambitious and entrepreneurial property investment organisation as Development Director. Our client has a growing portfolio of assets across care and residential sectors and is now seeking a high-calibre individual to focus on the Care Home investment element of their business.


As Development Director you will spearhead the identification of suitable development opportunities within the Care arena. You will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from cradle to grave, with the support of a specialist team to make schemes come to life. Your personal focus will be on identifying opportunities for investment within and disposals.
Reporting into the CEO you will lead on identifying opportunities and devising exit strategies for Care Home schemes. Working alongside a team, with the support of specialist external consultants, you will lead the development of these schemes and promulgation of the agenda of our clients business within the Care Home arena.


To be considered for this role you will currently be in a similar position as either Development Manager or Development Director with a proven track record of success in the Care Home sector. You will hold senior level relationships with key contacts within the care arena and bring with you an understanding of pipeline opportunities and how to capitalise on them through well thought out exit strategies. You will know funds and be able to demonstrate successfully putting together deals within the care space.


The Development Director will be able to demonstrate significant commercial nous, technical skills and management experience. You will be able to communicate regarding and execute complex financial arrangements and are likely to be a member of RICS.

This is a remote based role where travelling will be required in order to fulfill the job. On offer to the successful candidate is a highly competitive basic salary and bonus scheme commensurate with experience.
