Data Protection Manager role with an international, consumer-led plc where customer data and marketing is very much key to continued growth. (Full-time or part-time hours considered) Salary up to 60k (FTE) plus 5k car allowance, bonus and benefits.
You will advise largely on the UK group of Companies, taking responsibility for reviewing and managing compliance, data protection policies and procedures and motoring governance.
You will work closely with the Director of Data Protection and as part of the in-house legal team supporting on additional global matters when appropriate.
As a robust relationship builder you will act as point of contact across the senior management community ensuring best practice and consistency
The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the Data Protection Act, CIPP/E qualified and also ideally with a background or appreciation of the relevant legal world.
The business is very flexible with perhaps 2 days a week in the West Midlands office although they do also have a London office if this is easier.
This role can be FT or if preferred can be 3-4 days a week for those looking for part-time or returning to work.
