Customer Testing Specialist

The Role

• Provide testing guidance, reporting progress; resolving queries, and supporting the timely resolution of test issues.
• Liaising with Service providers in support of testing activities performed by Testing Participants
• Act as primary contact for driving testing progress and issue resolution for assigned Test Participants
• Delivery of analytical information and reports
• Conduct meetings with Test Participants
• Suggesting new ways to improve Customer experience

Ideal Experience

• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Passionate about customer journey
• Experience of working in Utilities/energy sector
• Experience of working with Smart metres
