Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading UK retail household name to recruit a Customer Strategy Executive onto their team, at an exciting time of growth for the business.

Whilst data driven and analytical in nature, this role needs someone that is able to take initiative and offer opinions on data driven insights to create customer led changes. You'll work collaboratively with the Customer Strategy Manager and most of the teams across the business which means you will have plenty of visibility across the company.

This is a hybrid role, with a very flexible working pattern. Office time can vary week on week as per your team's requirements but is usually between 1 / 2 days per week.

The role:

• Regular reporting of Customer Shopping Trip measures
• Work on various sources of data and provide analysis
• Provide insight led information to present to key stakeholders and encourage action
• Manage the customer listening programme account
• Liaise with the insight team
• Identify pain points and opportunities
• Support the Customer Strategy Manager

The candidate:

• Must be technically and analytically driven
• Able to run reports from various sources and create insight led recommendations
• Skilled in excel
• Great communicator
