My client is looking for a Customer Services Manager to oversee customer delivery, managing the staff and resources within quality, cost and delivery expectations.
You will need to have proven line management responsibilities for Customer Service and Administration teams. Within this role, you will be working integrally with the Senior Leadership Team to support in customer retention, driving continuous improvement within the business and implementing initiatives that will improve the use of resources, timeliness or quality of information to customers. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will deliver daily and weekly on team Key Performance Indicators and communicate objectives to your team to drive performance. Managing your team is essential, coaching and developing, and ability to carry out effective performance management through a professional and motivating approach.
