9/12 Months FTC, Interim

Hours: Standard 8.30- 5pm & Friday 8.30- 4pm

Gleeson Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturing business based in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to support the growth of the company and provide the highest levels of customer service.

Ideal Experience

  • Experience with in a commercial setting
  • 2- 3 years customer services experience within an office setting

The Role

  • Handling all inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising with different departments to coordinate delivery
  • Investigating customer complaints
  • Inputting sales orders accurately
