The Role

• Manage day to day activity of customer services department
• Monitor, track and improve the departments performance using KPIs
• Managing the goods in/dispatch
• Driving employee engagement
• Managing quotations
• Looking at budget plans within the business

Ideal Candidate

• Educated degree level (Engineering degree desirable)
• Excellent management skills and leaderships skills
• Experience working in a team leading role
• Problem solver
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Results orientated
