Are you looking for your next Customer Service role, but not just any ordinary contact centre role? If so, I am recruiting Customer Service Specialists to join a rapidly expanding & tech-savvy business based in Birmingham city centre to join their high-profit business.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working within their Operations Team, this broad role covers all areas of the business, but ultimately, your goal is to ensure that customers receive the best quality of service.
You need to be prepared to keep customers happy, establish and maintain excellent working relationships, and ensure that all happens to planned timeframes!
You will need to be:
- A skilled communicator - be able to change your tone, confidently liaising via telephone or email with your customers.
- Understand how to keep your customer happy even if things go wrong!
- Fast learner and keen to take on any new challenges
- Persuasive in your communication style, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers
- A genuine desire to take accountability and responsibility within the role.
You will be required to work on a shift pattern basis to cover the operational hours of the business which may include the occasional weekend shift too!
