Our client, a well-established and leading business within their field is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

Due to growth, our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full-time basis, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail are maintained from start through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar customer service & administration role where you have been required to provide a high level of service to clients.

Candidates with experience in the Property & construction sectors are urged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with your customers, suppliers and contractors

- Act as the first point of contact for any queries or questions, redirecting where necessary

- Ensure time lines and timescales are adhered to as closely as possible

- Liaise with third parties such as contractors and suppliers

- Manage diary systems and scheduling

- Manage in box and email correspondence

- Deal with any documentation or processing required

- Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Essential Skill sets

- Passionate about after-sales service and meeting with high levels of service

- Clear and engaging telephone skills

- Good administrative skills

- COINS system experience or CRM systems knowledge

- Strong verbal and written communicative skills

This role is full-time and your working hours will be 8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
