Do you pride yourself on delivering exemplary customer service? Have you got demonstrable experience working within an industrial background? If so, I am supporting a family run organisation who are looking to expand their Customer Services Team due to significant growth.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and joining a small team, you will assist in maintaining customer communications and problem solving to resolution.

This a full-time position, working in offices in the Bromsgrove area, Monday-Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Fridays early finish!

Key Outline of the role:

  • Processing daily customer orders
  • Liaising with your customers to update on progress of orders and management of orders including material flows
  • Updating CRM systems and tracking written and telephone communications with high levels of accuracy.
  • Be the main point of contact to answer queries via telephone and email

What we need from you!

  • Previous customer service administrator within an industrial/supply chain background essential
  • Great communicator; passionate about the customer at every stage of the journey
  • Strong IT skills
  • Highly numerate
  • Great team player & work ethic
  • Able to work in fast-moving environment, working to tight deadlines
