The Position of Customer Service Manager is to work for an organisation who has a culture that empowers and inspires and helps to develop unique products.
The position of Customer Service Manager will lead an established team based in Reading. In this role you will lead manage and supervise the Customer Service Team to achieve the best possible orders and sales outcomes consistent with the businesses strategy.
You will also work with the external Sales Function and their Customers to prepare and submit winning proposals/ RFQs. You will be the 'Voice of the Customer' in the business as you will be responsible for addressing any commercial issues on their behalf.

As the successful Customer Service Manager you are likely to have:
- A degree qualification or equivalent qualification is desirable preferably in business administration or marketing Degree
- Proven experience in a sales administration role and in the management of a customer service environment
- An appreciation of technical subjects will be beneficial.
