Due to our client's continued growth, we are working in partnership to find a Customer Service Manager to lead the Call Centre and Administration team who will be expected to deliver the best services internally and externally.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and being the main point of contact for all client related issues. You will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service and will have the chance to recommend changes to the organisation's processes and technology to exceed the client's expectations.
