Customer Service Manager - Salary £32,000 (negotiable) - Winchester

I am working exclusively with a highly respected Veterinary Specialist Group who is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager. My client provides exceptional independent surgical and medical care across the UK and Ireland, comprising of some of the best clinicians in the profession. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all client-care related issues and will be responsible for leading a team and bringing all the departments together. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of exceptional customer service and will have the opportunity to recommend changes to the processes, work flow and technology to improve the client journey and exceed expectations. You will represent the client care at hospital meetings and be part of the senior leadership team so you must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
