Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a manufacturing client based in Birmingham. You will be reporting into the UK Sales Manager, ensuring that all quotations and orders are administered on to their SAP system.
- Working to daily, monthly & quarterly targets; you will be accountable to your deliverables.
- Working closely to support Key Account Managers with sale of inventory and finished good allocation.
- Complete full administration and follow up with Finance & Account Management to ensure payment terms are adhered to.
- Handling customer queries and building customer relationships to ensure queries are handled efficiently and to agreed time scales.
- Raising orders to SAP system
- Proficient IT Skills; previous experience using SAP applications is essential
- Previous experience working within customer service/administrative role
- Knowledge of Engineering / Manufacturing environment
- Attentive to Detail
- Strong stakeholder management; highly effective communicator both written and verbally
- Highly organized
- Approachable in manner
- Ability to self-manage & work on your own initiative
