Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service and Order Coordinator to join their growing team. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure a seamless experience for your valued customers. As they continue to expand, they are in need of a dedicated professional to join their customer service and operations department.

As a Customer Service and Order Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing your customers' orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing top-notch customer support throughout the process. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries, concerns, and requests via phone & email, in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete and correct.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, design, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues or delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and order updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to up sell products and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, tracking them until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and relevant data using CRM system.
  • Assist in improving customer service processes and procedures to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or order coordination role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and order management software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.
