We are working with an amazing client based in the heart of Birmingham to find a determined and enthusiastic individual to join their Contact Centre team on a 6 Month Fixed Term basis.

This is a great opportunity to build a career in customer service and give yourself a chance to work in a fast-paced environment that offers progression.

What the role will consist of:

  • Answering customer enquiries and requests about our client's services.
  • You must be able to respond promptly within three rings to meet KPI's.
  • Updating and tracking CRM systems.
  • Resolving a wide range of calls and using your initiative
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication
