We are working with an amazing client based in the heart of Birmingham to find a determined and enthusiastic individual to join their Contact Centre team on a 6 Month Fixed Term basis.

What the role will consist of:
- Answering customer enquiries and requests about our client's services.
- You must be able to respond promptly within three rings to meet KPI's.
- Updating and tracking CRM systems.
- Resolving a wide range of calls and using your initiative
- Maintain accurate records of all communication

- Confident using a range of IT programmes
- Previous administration or customer service skills
