A fantastic opportunity has become available with my client based in the heart of Warwick town centre to join their customer service team.
Whether you have worked in Customer Service before or are a recent graduate this role will be right up your street.
What will the involve?
- Heart of the Customer Service department
- Supporting day to day operations in the Customer Service Division
- Answering telephone calls to agreed targets
- Looking after the clients live chat function
- Logging calls on the company CRM system
- Supporting with queries and complaints effectively
- Ad hoc responsibilities when requested
What is needed from you
- Confident telephone manner
- Problem solver
- Team player
- Communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Packages.
