Gleeson Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with an amazing and unique start up Birmingham tech-based business, who are looking to grow their Customer Service Team.

We are seeking several Customer Service Advisors on a full-time basis, which will be working at their fantastic Birmingham City Centre offices.

The ideal candidate must be a clear communicator, passionate about building rapport with their customers and suppliers, and have great attention to detail capability.

Key Attributes;

  • Previous phone-based customer service experience
  • Strong administrative skillsets, with the ability to multi-task (you will be on the phone and administering all conversations simultaneously on their tech database)
  • Ability to position quality over haste
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Passionate about technology, IT and previous use of CRM Software systems essential
