Customer Service Administrator

Birmingham City Centre

Full Time 40 hours

8.30am - 5.30pm

Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for our clients HQ in the heart of Birmingham City Centre and looking for a proactive and active orientated individual to work in their disputes team! This could be also a great role for someone who has worked in a customer service environment and has an interest in finance too.

The Role

  • Ensuring all disputes are actioned and processed
  • Building strong stake holder relationships with customers and commercial team
  • Support the team in reducing number of disputes
  • General admin support
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Customer queries

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in a customer service role or in a similar role
  • Self motivated
  • Passionate about delivering fabulous customer service
  • Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment
  • Abitlity to meet strict deadlines
  • Track record of achieving KPIs
