Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading financial services business to recruit a Customer Insight Manager onto their team!

This is a pivotal role to inform the wider business of the customer's unique perspective and use data to drive insight into actionable change.

This is a financial services business with a difference. Customer experience and community is at the heart of everything this business does and they are heavily involved in various community and charitable outreach projects.

The Customer Insight Manager will:

Utilise data to drive insight through story-telling and providing recommendations
Identify business opportunities
Manage key stakeholders and gain internal support for recommendations
Act as the voice of the customer
Manage agencies for research projects
Support wider corporate strategy goals
Analyse data and relay analysis and recommendations in various methods

The Customer Insight Manager will:

Have excellent analytical skills
Experience with PowerBI
Have experience managing a large range of qualitative and quantitative data
Have excellent stakeholder management
Be able to operate at a strategic level and with excellent communication skills
