I have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to join a fantastic B2C focused business in Birmingham, who are well-known for their excellent working culture and who are going through extreme growth at the moment.

This Customer Experience Manager role will involve:

  • Defining the whole customer experience strategy for the business and delivering on it
  • The management of a customer complaints process and the setup of a reporting matrix for this
  • Sharing all updates to customer journeys and customer insights with the wider business
  • The management of all customer surveys
  • Ensuring the wider business delivers customer service in the correct way and consistently
  • Developing and defining a customer loyalty programme

The position requires a candidate with the following skills:

  • Experience of working in multi-site B2C environment
  • A strong understanding of customer service, from a strategic perspective
  • Proven experience of customer experience
  • Proven experience of developing and evolving customer journeys
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage a number of projects at any one time
