My client, a marketing leading omni-channel retail business based in Leicestershire, is looking to recruit a Customer Experience and Conversion Manager.
This role will join a growing team with a data driven and omnichannel approach to customer conversion, crucially maintaining a customer centric and channel agnostic approach.
The Customer Experience and Conversion Manager will need a commercial focus with the abilities to drive growth in conversion revenue. You will need to influence the planning, development and deployment of improvements into marketing channels, digital and traditional, website user experience and the sales contact centre.
The role will require a hybrid skill-set spanning: segmentation, optimisation, conversation, testing and overall CX. The role will work across all customer touchpoints in an omni-channel environment.
