CRO & User Experience Manager

Paying £35-45k, A fantastic opportunity for a CRO & User Experience Manager to join the growing digital marketing team for an established and digital lead service organisation based in Warwickshire.

As a Conversion Rate & User Experience Manager, you'll combine elements of data-driven testing and campaign optimisation through the full sales and marketing funnel, improving the UX and Customer Journey whilst accelerating digital performance.

What You'll do...

  • Building the first in house UX & Conversion function
  • Building tests in Site Gainer or similar tool
  • Driving optimisation across lead gen for services and applications online
  • Managing end-to-end optimisation testing process, including prioritisation, requirements gathering, test implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations
  • Conducting Quantitative and Qualitative analysis
  • Own an ongoing testing roadmap to optimise onsite user journeys
  • Creating and track goal flows to identify pain points in the user journey
  • Identifying opportunities for A/B/MVT testing
  • Creating and develop tests using CRO tools
  • Designing wireframes, prototypes and building tests
  • Working closely with Content team to drive new landing page tests and campaigns
  • Working closely with the PPC & Brand teams to improve ROI
  • Research industry leading market trends for future campaigns

What you need…

  • Proven ability of successful CRO campaigns showing an increase in Conversion Rate/Revenue
  • Proven knowledge of UX principles
  • Strong hypothesis-based tester with A/B and MVT optimisation experience
  • Experience building and launching tests using CRO tools and platforms (Site Gainer, VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimise etc.)
  • Excellent Analytical and Reporting Skills (using Google Analytics/Excel/CRO Tools)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (using CRO tools to create tests/experiences)
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
