Job title: CRM Specialist

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000

Hybrid policy: 2 days a week in the office

Contract: Full time, perm

The role:

To be the specialist in managing the customer journey and drive the growth of the company through the consumer database, retention and lifetime value.

Key requirements:

• Develop CRM strategies and to grow the company database via conversion, retention and cross selling products
• Use actionable and accurate data to translate the efficiency of the CRM strategy to develop insights that can be used to increase growth
• Use optimisation of customer journeys and CRM programmes consistently to measure performance
• Develop customer contact strategy

The candidate:

• Must have CRM experience
• Must have experience within a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work effectively with stakeholders
• Must work closely with CS Team
• Must be able to manage work load efficiently
• Must have knowledge and experience in developing CRM Strategy
