Gleeson Recruitment Group are thrilled to be supporting a leading & household name brand / retailer, to recruit a CRM Manager onto their team.

This role will be imperative in the designing and implementation of their new customer retention and data strategy. There will not be direct line management for this role, but you will technically You will lead a team of assistants across the email marketing & app marketing of the business.

This role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the office based in Atherstone. Flexi time is supported here amongst a wide variety of other perks and benefits.

The role:

• Lead on the new customer data platform
• Implement marketing automation programmes
• Build the customer retention strategy
• Optimise performance of email marketing, app marketing & remarketing
• Liaise with Product Owners to manage the system
• Drive change through data & reporting led insights

The candidate:

• Equivalent A-levels
• Demonstrable experience of email marketing, app marketing & remarketing
• Adobe stack experience
• Experience with automation programmes
• Excellent numerical and data analysis skills
