My client, a leading travel business entering an exciting period of growth is looking to recruit a CRM Manager. This role will lead a small team and play an important role in the overall customer engagement strategy.

My client is based in Staffordshire and is working on a hybrid basis. You will be required to visit the office on a weekly basis but there will certainly be the option to work from home for multiple days.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and optimising the CRM programme, and you will lead a wide range of projects to drive customer engagement, lead to booking conversion, increase repeat booking rates and customer lifetime value to support key trading initiatives and ensure the continued expansion of the business.

The role will encompass:

  • Designing and developing engaging, impactful and personalised campaigns to maximise value from our database and achieve our business objectives
  • Utilise customer insight to establish and develop opportunities for new campaigns
  • Implement strategic plans to grow the customer base through new and existing campaigns
  • Manage and develop the customer nurture journeys to drive new customer conversion to booking
  • Set up and own reporting for all CRM activities, making recommendations for future improvements to campaigns
  • Regularly review campaign activity effectiveness against objectives
  • Actively monitor competitor direct mail, brochure and email activity and make recommendations on how marketing activity can be improved to create the best cut through in a busy market

The ideal candidate will possess a strong CRM track record within a B2C environment. You will demonstrate a customer-first approach to growing an existing customer-base and developing relationships with existing customers.
