CRM Executive | 9 month FTC

£35,000 FTE

Birmingham city centre | hybrid

Our client, a leading professional services business are looking for a skilled CRM Executive to join their team for a 9 month FTC.

The CRM Executive will play a crucial role in assisting with email campaigns and improving the overall quality of data and increasing usage, adoption and reporting within the firm.

Responsibilities include:

Working with teams across the company to assist them in using the CRM database
Providing 1:1 and group training for teams on the CRM database
Email campaign creation and implementation
Supporting business development in identifying and targeting relevant contacts
Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and other data quality issues
End to end project management
Managing key stakeholders
Conducting company and market research/analysis to support business development initiatives

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to build rapport with different audiences
Good communication skills

Experience in a similar CRM role
A relevant A-level/NVQ/ Degree
Vulture modules experience is desirable
