Credit Controller- Temporary ongoing
£12.50-£13.00 per hour

Gleeson Recruitment have exclusively been instructed to hire a Credit Controller to join a large business based in Dudley. This role will be a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum of 6 months with a chance of permanent opportunities.

Credit Controller Duties:

Allocating cash
Handling customer queries by email and telephone
Making outbound phone calls to discuss accounts with customers, negotiating payment plans.
Attending resident site meetings with head of billing
Providing regular updates to customers
Assisting with other billing activities and administration
Updating and managing client accounts
Ensuring accurate compliance
Working towards tight deadlines.
