Credit Controller- 12 Month FTC

Birmingham- Hybrid

£28,000-£32,000 DOE

I am recruiting for a Credit Controller to join an global professional service business based in Birmingham, this role will involve coordinating and maximising the collection of debt in a timely fashion, whilst minimising the risk of non-payments. This role also has strong potential of a permanent job for the right candidate.

Main Duties Include:

Chasing outstanding payments via email, telephone, and letter.
Analysing and reducing 90+ debt.
Following the correct guidelines set out within the procedure's manual.
Resolving and monitoring any queries.
Liaising with internal business stakeholders on debts, including face to face meetings.
Supporting the wider team with Adhoc duties when required.
