Credit Controller- Temporary ongoing
£12.50-£13.00 per hour

Gleeson Recruitment have exclusively been instructed to hire a Credit Controller to join a large business based in Dudley. This role will be a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum of 4 months with a chance of permanent opportunities.

Credit Controller Duties:

• Allocating cash
• Handling customer queries by email and telephone
• Making outbound phone calls to discuss accounts with customers, negotiating payment plans.
• Attending resident site meetings with head of billing
• Providing regular updates to customers
• Assisting with other billing activities and administration
• Updating and managing client accounts
• Ensuring accurate compliance
• Working towards tight deadlines.
