Credit Control/Sales Ledger Administrator

Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Office Administrator to support the credit control team for a client based in Willenhall at their head office! This is a brilliant opportunity to join a friendly, down to earth team.
- Supporting the credit control team with general administration
- Supporting customer account queries, complaints and liaising with other departments
- Answering the telephone and being the first point of contact
- Undertake account reconciliation when required
- Send out monthly debt chasing letters and statements
- General administration experience within an office environment
- Self starter and organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Engaging, proactive and polite
- Excellent attention to detail
