Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Kingswinford

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000 to £26,000

My client are a property management company based in Kingswinford and we are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and be able to manage our accounts receivable process effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger
Chase overdue payments by phone, email and letter
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Work closely with the sales team to resolve any issues preventing payment
Produce regular reports for management on the status of outstanding debts

Requirements:

Proven experience in credit control
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in property management or a similar industry would be an advantage
