We have an amazing opportunity for a customer service star to join our professional services client as a Corporate Receptionist. The successful candidate will join a fast-evolving team based within one of the most iconic locations in Birmingham City Centre.

The position involves rotating to cover the reception desks on entrance, as well as supporting the wider Business Support and Client Services teams with additional adhoc administrative duties. Which means you will enjoy getting involved in a variety of tasks and interacting with new people every day!

We are looking for someone who loves providing a warm and upbeat welcome, with outstanding personal presentation and the ability to engage with people in a genuinely welcoming way.

As a Corporate Receptionist you will be reliable, flexible, honest and a strong ambassador for our Client. You will have the chance to use your previous experience in a 5-star service environment to positively engage with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring they receive a seamless service experience.

You will anticipate client needs, proactively following up to ensure that client expectations exceeded. Your problem - solving skills and flexibility are key to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while your attention to detail will help you in preparing reports or compiling trackers and making sure your surroundings are both presentable and safe.

Please note that this position is full-time within their offices in Birmingham.

Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (8.30-5.30pm)
