Corporate Office Assistant

Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be exclusively supporting the growth of a national professional services organisation who are looking to recruit an Corporate Office Assistant into their Birmingham office.

Reporting into the Client Services Manager, you will be supporting the company as a whole, as well as their national offices (over 25!)

This is prime time to join as you will be as integral part of this growing team and firm.

The Role:

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the central Office Services Management team
  • Liaising with the facilities team
  • Administration tasks (booking meeting rooms, ordering stationary etc)
  • Supporting hospitality at times
  • Building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Organising and setting up internal office events
  • Collation of receipts, auditing and scheduling
  • Budget Control

About You:

  • Experience working in a professional services/client services role
  • Passionate about 5* client service
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Eye for detail
  • Extremely organised
  • Works well in a team and independently
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Proactive

Job Offer:
