Corporate Governance Trainee - Warwickshire- £25,000 - £28,000 pa

Delighted to be supporting the Head of Corporate Governance as he looks to bring in a Corporate Governance Trainee to join the team of 5.

This forward-thinking business services organisation work with key SME and OMB customers across a range or sectors often with international operations.

The Corporate Governance Trainee will support the team on a range of duties including maintaining statutory records and registers, the preparation of filings to Companies House, company incorporation, compliance (including money laundering) and company secretarial support.

The ideal candidate will be a relatively recent Law (or Business) graduate with a genuine interest in building their career in corporate governance and the wider company secretarial field.

You may have additional professional qualifications or at least be interested in obtaining them.

Previous experience working in an administrative or legal setting would be an advantage particularly in an international business.

Salary on offer c.£25,000 - £28,000 plus bonus

HO Warwickshire with London office, but c.2 days in the office needed.
