This is a fantastic medium size business based in the Worcestershire area that delivers high quality environments for their commercial clients to enjoy. They provide a one-stop-shop for their clients offering a design and specification service, on-site construction works and thorough programme to ensure the project is delivered both on time and within budget.
As Contracts Manager you will join this progressive and agile business managing Cat A and Cat B commercial office fit outs. Working with loyal existing and exciting new clients you will manage projects nationally but predominantly in the central UK region.
The successful Contracts Manager will have some form of construction qualification or be able to demonstrate significant commercial fit out experience. You will be able to read and understand drawings, briefs and other technical details covering all aspects of the construction process. You will be able to work closely with Designers and Clients to develop collaborative solutions. You will understand Building Regulations and the requirements set out by the British Council for Offices. In addition, you will be able to manage and co-ordinate the design and delivery of specialist sub-contractors such as specialist joinery, electrical and mechanical services and fixed and lose furniture.
