About the role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Contentious Probate Senior Associate to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE and a proven track record of success in contentious probate matters. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of cases, including will disputes, contested intestacy, and claims against executors. You will also be involved in the development of the team's strategy and will have the opportunity to work closely with a very highly regarded Partner.
