Our client is a global restaurant franchise operator who are seeking a Construction/Project Manager to join their property team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage projects for leading brands within the fast food industry and work for a business continuing to grow.

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing newbuilds and refurbishments of existing sites across the UK. As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate successful delivery of projects within the food & beverage industry.

You will be able to show that you can fully manage projects from cradle-to-grave through internal and external support and be able to manage the various suppliers, internal and external stakeholders that you will encounter on a day-to-day basis. You will be someone who is able to get "stuck in" at ground level but is also highly effective at board level or senior dignitaries. You will lead projects from site assessment through to operational handover.
