Gleeson Legal is delighted to be partnering with a national law firm to help them hire a lawyer with experience in Construction or Professional Negligence matters to join their rapidly growing team. The firm has a very strong reputation in the Property space with a number of house builder clients on a national basis. Due to the recent Building Safety Act changes the limitation period for claims they are seeing a significant and long-term increase in claims and are hiring to be able to service that work.

This litigation is varied and often complex and includes issues such as payments, defects and negligence. It often pulls in other interesting directions such as government policy, fire safety and surveying and engineering. This makes it an interesting and rewarding role for a lawyer looking to broaden their horizons.

Working as part of a national team with some excellent Partners you will run a busy caseload of both claimant and defendant matters. You will work closely with your clients at every stage of the case and these will usually be complex multi-million pound matters.

For the successful candidate there is a great platform of work to build from both in terms of variety and complexity and the opportunity to be progressed and promoted rapidly within the firm.
