We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Lawyer to join a leading national law firm. With offices across the UK, this firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and has a reputation for delivering exceptional legal advice to clients across a range of sectors.
As a Construction Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on a variety of non-contentious matters, including drafting and negotiating JCT amendments, consultant appointments, warranties and other construction contracts. You will work closely with property lawyers dealing with development documents and provide construction law assistance to the team. Additionally, you will be involved in due diligence for funders and purchasers, advising consultants on their appointments, and advising specialist contractors/sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and a solid understanding of the construction industry. Experience of working with NEC contracts is desirable, but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that truly values its employees and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment. The firm provides a clear progression pathway, leadership support, and generous rewards and benefits. With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, the firm has been recognised for its efforts in this area and offers an inclusive culture where everyone has the freedom to be themselves and thrive.
If you are a Construction Lawyer looking for your next challenge and want to join a leading national firm that values its people and delivers outstanding client service, we want to hear from you.
