Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an international membership organisation to recruit for a Conference Producer on a permanent basis to develop and produce Conferences, Events and Webinars in either the London, Birmingham or Edinburgh office.

Job title: Conference Producer

Location: London, Birmingham or Edinburgh

Salary: £30,000-35,000

Start date: March/April 2023

Office policy: 2 - 3 days a week in the office

The Role:

In this role you will be responsible for developing events such as webinars and conferences for members of the organisation. You will research, develop and produce within a select area of the organisation. In this role you will need to maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and teams as well as members to ensure that the delivered events are suitable and compelling for members. You will need to be a strong copy writer, relationship builder with a commercial and creative acumen.

Key Requirements:

Ensure you are conducting detailed market research to ensure topics of events are in line with the members wants and needs
Develop the content with stakeholders to ensure the content is accurate
Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Produce compelling and accurate webinars and conferences for members that will engage and attract attendance
Produce product briefs
Work with wider teams in the business effectively and frequently
Book professional speakers to attend and speak at events
Ensure products are delivered in line with business guidelines
Work to strict deadlines

Candidate Criteria:

Experience of producing content for a commercially driven products - ideally events and conferences
Experience with commercial conference production skills - research, topic generation, speaker acquisition
Confident in working with a variety of stakeholders in a professional manner
Able to work well with various teams and stakeholders in the business
Able to work well to deadlines
Good research and analytic skills
Commercial acumen
Strong content creation skills
Able to work well with many projects - organised
