Complex Planning Coordinator

Birmingham
£25,000

Due to successful growth, our global client who is a leading technical and business services organisation, are looking to engage with applicants who have recent and continuous planning and scheduling experience.

You will be a vital part of the service delivery team.


The role:

  • Communicating with existing clients across multiple shared service platforms
  • Resolve queries for internal and external clients.
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Various admin tasks and documenting client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working within a utilities, or logistics company would be ideal
  • Experience with complex planning and scheduling
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Problem solver
  • IT literate and comfortable using standard Microsoft Packages and CRM Systems
  • Able to handle potentially challenging customers in a calm and effective manner and deliver the correct solution first time
  • Able to work well both independently and cooperatively


Job Offer:


* Basic salary up to £25,000 dependant on experience with good benefits and discretionary bonus schemes
* After initial training period, opportunity to work 1 day in office and 4 days working from home
