My client, a growing organisation is looking to appoint a Compensation and Benefits Manager into this new role for the organisation. £65-75k. Remote base with some travel to UK sites.
Reporting into the People Director, you will pull together the current Compensation and Benefits processes. The role will be around ensuring consistency with the Parent Companies Reward structures, and developing and implementing within this Business division. This will include looking at robust pay structures, full job evaluation and harmonisation of legacy compensation and benefits. Key will also be developing further Benefits to ensure the organisation is competitive and able to attract and retain talent.
As an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager you will be interested in growing a team, and be as happy to roll your sleeves up and deliver as you will implementing longer term strategies.
